At the intersection with Hood Avenue in Sisters, turn onto Elm Street, which becomes FR16 in 0.4 miles. From the intersection, continue generally S for 5.1 miles. Turn left on FR1608-600 and continue generally SE for about 0.7 miles to the corner on the right.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is about 400' S from the centerline of FR1608-600. Found a western juniper and a ponderosa pine each with a scribed, partly-healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. The corner is marked with a wooden lath stake. In addition, there is a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign mounted on a U-post and an orange Carsonite witness post with a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal.
