Built in 1850, this has become the permanent house for the Spanish Congress. The building holds nearly 400 seats for each member of congress from the numerous Spanish districts in one of the largest countries in Europe. It is closed to the general public, but you can visit the exterior of the building any time of the day. Sorry, the Wikipedia entry is in Spanish only.
