Daniel Roberts was born 29 December, 1754 and died 4 March, 1827. He served with the Connecticut Continental Line during the Revolutionary War.

After the war, he took his release from the Army and settled in the Lockport, NY area.

He is one of two known Revolutionary War soldiers buried in Broadway Street Cemetery.

Samuel Pratt is the other. He is buried just east.
