Walborn Reservoir was built in 1969 as a backup source of water above Deer Creek Reservoir for the city of Alliance, Ohio. The things that are offered at the Reservoir are bird watching, fishing, boating, hiking, canoeing, hunting, kayaking, picknicking and horse back riding. There is a marina for boat rentals and boat ramp for launching your own boat. There is a store for food and drinks. The park is open all year round, the store is open May to Oct.
