'The Future'- A 20 feet tall bronze sculpture of a Chiricahua Apache Family. Stands proudly in front of the building known as 500 Marquette, alongside, the pre 1937 alignment of Route 66.
"A stylized figure group of an Apache family that includes a father, a mother, and an infant in a cradleboard. The figures, dressed in traditional native clothing, stand side-by-side, with the mother at the father's proper left side. She holds his proper left arm with her proper left arm. The father holds the standing cradleboard with his proper left hand and holds a walking stick, that is planted firmly on the ground with his proper right hand. "The 500 Marquette Building is a 15-story Class 'A' office building in the heart of Albuquerque's Central Business District. General access to the building's interior is by way of a main entry at the northeast ground level of the building but most tenants and visitors access the building from the bank of elevators connecting the parking structure with the second floor lobby.
