Along Weyerhaeuser Rd is an older building which I'm assuming was once an apartment complex but no longer in use and remains mostly empty. Nearby is located the former Weyerhaeuser Lumber Company that operated for many decades before closing its doors in the early 1990s. Collin Products operates on the property now and I can also assume this apartment building might have housed mill workers at one time because of its proximity to the former mill.
