From the parking area at Todd Lake, off Cascade Lakes Highway west of Bend, travel generally NE on FR370 for about 4.0 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe in a collar of stones; rising 6"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is about 440' E of the road. There is a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign mounted on a bent-to-the-ground U-post which bears N, 5' distant. There is a LOCATION POSTER on a 9" mountain hemlock which bears SW, 24' distant. Found a 22" white fir with a yellow BEARING TREE tag, a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign and a nail with brass washer stamped PLS 1068. That tree is just S of a hemlock snag also with a yellow BEARING TREE tag. Also happened on a 3-1/4" aluminum cap which bears NW, 130' distant. This cap, part of the control network for survey CS14362, is stamped GPS 7 1999.
