Two large semicircular arches are mounted at an angle to each other. The arches are shaped as square tubes. The two arches face the street and are sitting on a circle of brick the same radius as the arches. At the center of the arches is a bricked plaza with a circle of bricks in the ground tilted at approximately the same angle as the arch not parallel to the ground mounting. This brick circle is tilted and rises above the plaza on one half and sinks into the plaza on the other half, as if this disc of bricks were on the same diameter as that of the two arches. A nearby unidentified building also has a semicircular shape matching the sculpture.

The sculpture resides near the Plaza de la Libertad. Unfortunately, I could find no plaque on or nearby this massive structure with title or sculptor information.

The sculpture can be seen in Google Street View.
