This two-story red brick building is located at 313 N Main. The first story on the Main Street side (now vacant) features two pairs of storefronts. Each has a recessed entry, although the left has been boarded up. The right's door is glass and metal with a small glass transom. A stone pilar separates the the recessed pane from the pane facing the street and each storefront has this fenestration pattern on each side of the doorway. The Third Street side has stairs leading to the second story - no windows.

The fenestration of the second story, Main Street side, has six tall one-over-one windows topped by a transom of two-over-four. A concrete top bracket for the windows appear to be made of concrete. On either side of the bracket is a decorated with a Greek Cross. Along the top, on either side, is a square rosette, then scrollwork going to a central keystone with another rosette, The bottom portion is dentilated.

There appears, along the top of the building, repairs or removal of roofline decoration. This goes around the building to the Third Street side.

On either side of the second story is a stone - on the right is the date - 1899, and on the left - Hisperia No. 33 K. of P. (Knights of Pythias).

The Second story fenestration for the Third Street side has the same six windows like the Main Street side. There is a door, flanked by lights, between the fourth and fifth window.
