I found no information on this building.

This is a two-story red brick building. The first floor has a recessed metal door. The storefront window on the left has been partial covered with siding. There is a central five-over-four window flanked by two five-over-two windows. On the right side, there is also the metal siding covering part of the storefront. The fenenstration on this side consists of a larger central pane flanked by thinner pane on each side. A twin two pane transom tops the first story. Signage has been covered by metal above the entire three bays.

Second story fenestration is two windows that are topped with a brickwork arch. The upper cornice has brick dentilation. A carved marble entablature is inset into a brickwork diamond. It reads:

Decatur Lodge No. 109
