Robert Lee Miller -- born in Austin county on December 21st 1870 -- was a farmer and hardware store owner in the town of Chappell Hill. His headstone monument includes the standard WOW seal at the crest. The actual inscription reads:

MILLER
BORN
DEC. 22, 1871
DIED
MAR. 29, 1910

Per the FindAGrave website (visit link) he died of pneumonia at the tender age of 39. A quote on the site reads:

"Robert Lee Miller was born Dec 21 1870 [note: the date is wrong, it should have been Dec 22 1871] Austin County Texas to William Thomas Miller and Mittie Elizabeth Parish. He married Jan 30 1895 in Chappell Hill, Washington Co. Texas to Blanche Elizabeth Cardwell, the daughter of John Thomas Cardwell and Mary Ann "Mollie" Thompson. Robert was a farmer, also owned the Hardware business in Chappell Hill which also served as blacksmith and mortitian. He died at age 39 from pneumonia. He and Blanche had 7 children, William Langhorne, John Abner, Robert Edward, Betty Mabel, Baby Miller died in birth, Mary Mittie and Beulah Campbell. John Abner died at age 4 and is buried nearby."
