This 1150 kW hydroelectric station was constructed in 1983 on Cobbossee Stream in Gardiner, Maine. It is located at the former site of the S.D Warren Mill which burned down in 1977. The hydro project re-purposed the original mill dam (American Tissue Dam).
The station contains a single Tubular Kaplan Turbine.
The plant and dam are owned and operated by Kruger Energy.
