Dieser alte Stockanker, er wird auch Admiralitätsanker bezeichnet, wurde 1996 während einer Fangreise auf der Nordsee vom Fischkutter "Stiene Bruns" vor den Inseln Langeoog und Spiekeroog in der Nähe der Leuchttonne "Otzumer Balje" entdeckt, geborgen und nach Norddeich verbracht. Von dort wurde der Anker nach Ditzum verbracht und aufgestellt. Der Anker stammt vermutlich von einem Segelschiff aus dem 18. oder 19. Jahrhundert.

This old fisherman's anchor, he is also referred to Admiralty anchor, in 1996 discovered, rescued and transported to northern dike during a fishing trip on the North Sea from the fishing boat "Stiene Bruns" in front of the islands Langeoog and Spiekeroog near light buoy "Otzumer Balje".
