Unlike it is stated in its name the stadium was never a venue for any Olympic Games - it could had been for the German games before the Second World War as Wroclaw was part of Germanty by then, with the name of Breslau. It is used mostly for motorized sports and, oddly, American Football.
But that's the stadium itself, because in fact it is surrounded by a large sports complex, including a shooting range and sports fields of several kinds.
The map is located near the main gate to the complex.
