This is the last covered bridge of this kind in Saratoga county in Upstate NY. It was built in 1879 for the purpose of safely getting cattle to pasture on the other side of the creek. Only 2 questions for this one. On the plaque next to the parking area there is some old photo's and newspaper clippings. One of the clippings has a pic of the bridge and the following statement. "The bridge is 35' long and New York States only _____ ____ _____ bridge. Question 1 is fill in the blank. Question number 2 is "What are the 2 names that are engraved on the plaque, on the bench, that is inside the covered bridge. Swizzle
