I actually took two different pictures of the same McDonald's during two different visits. One was when I was coming home to California from Barcelona, Spain on Abril 13th, 2014 and this was my third airport of the day after flying from Barcelona to Madrid then here and finally to Los Angeles. My second visit was on July 4th, 2014 when I was going to catch my connection in a different terminal when I landed from Los Angeles going to Richmond, VA. The first photo is from my second visit as had a two hour layover vs a half hour layover plus customs. I got a clear photo the second time, and not the first time. I didn't realize I took two photos of the same McDonald's until I imported my photos from my iPhone.
This McDonald's is located in Concourse H of Terminal 3 at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. It does not have any seating, but you can take the food back to your gate. They are fairly quick and hassle free. It is near the junctions of Concourse H and K, so if you're in K, it's not that far of a walk.
