Completed in 1995, the Center is known in the Tri-state area for hosting events that sparkle and shine.

McClain-Kent Hall
The Exhibition Hall has 30,000 square-feet of clear-span space that can be partitioned off for smaller events. Movable walls divide the Hall in half and also divide one-half into a third. The ceiling is 30 feet to the lowest beam.
McClain - Kent Hall measures 164' x 180'. This space can be divided in half to seperate McClain and Kent halls, which each measure 164 ' x 90 'Â
The drive-in door offers easy accessibility handling a 16 ' x 18 ' semi-trailer. Electrical outlets and telephone jacks are in the floor boxes, placed every 40 feet through the Hall. There are also electric wall outlets. A kitchen is available in one area of the Hall. The catwalk above the Hall offers easy access for photographs or hanging decorations.Â
The full Exhibition Hall be configured in a variety of ways:
- 3500 people in theater-style seats for concerts, celebrations, and seminars
- 1500 people can be seated at banquet-style tables (rounds)
- 165 exhibit booths (10’ x 10’) will fit into this Hall
- 2500 people will fit in this space comfortably using classroom-style chairs and straight tables

Oakley Room
This conference room is perfect for smaller seminars and workshops. This space is designed to be versatile to meet your goals. Your audiovisual and other media needs can be met with the help of our professional meeting planners. Catering can be provided by the Oakley-Lindsay Center for your attendees. The Oakley Room can seat 75 in a theatre-style setup.

These two back-to-back conference rooms are perfect for smaller seminars and workshops. Bright and well-designed, this space is great for learning and interaction. Your audiovisual and other media needs can be met with the help of our professional meeting planners. Catering can be provided by the Oakley-Lindsay Center for your attendees. The Lindsay Room can seat 125 in a theatre-style setup.

Quincy Room
This conference room is the newest of our meeting rooms. This space is designed to be versatile to meet your goals and features a drop down screen. Additional audiovisual and other media needs can be met with the help of our professional meeting planners. Catering can be provided by the Oakley-Lindsay Center for your attendees. The Quincy Room can seat 75 in a theatre-style setup.

Lobby
The lobby can be used for receptions or banquets. This unique and dramatic area can be decorated in a magnificent manner using the curved walls, bright interiors and architecture to stunning effect.
The lobby is a beautifully lighted area for smaller events that can be intimate and elegant. It’s great for cocktail receptions; and can hold approximately 125 using banquet-style table settings. The terrazzo floors have stars with names on them which acknowledge major donors to the Center. Entrance to the lobby is through the north or the south doors, with a full block of parking to the south of the lobby, and a half block to the north.

Theatre
Our 500-seat theatre is equipped with a thrust style stage, set/scene storage, offstage, backstage drive-up capability, soundproof rehearsal room, dressing rooms, star dressing room, showers, Green Room and costume shop. An orchestra pit and a fly loft enhance the production options.
Our staff can arrange for rental of the Quincy Community Theatre facility. The theatre’s technical staff handles all sound, lighting and staging requirements. This includes but is not limited to setting up and running microphones, audio/visual, lighting and use of the fly system. A list of sound and lighting equipment is available through the Oakley-Lindsay Center.
Oakley-Lindsay Center is proud to be home to the Quincy Community Theatre. This active arts group has been delighting audiences with the finest in musicals, mysteries, comedies and dramas for almost eight decades. The Theatre sponsors opera, children’s theatre, theatre classes and workshops as well. The Quincy Community Theatre is a major theatrical resource for the Tri-state area illuminating the stories of life we love.
