From the 45W Bypass at Trenton, turn East on the Trenton - Milan Hwy, TN 77, go 6.1 miles and turn left onto the Concord - Moores Chapel Rd., go 2.5 miles to the Concord - Cades Rd., turn left and go .1 miles to the Laneview - Concord Rd., turn right and go 2.9 miles to the Church and Cemetery.
Mr. & Mrs. Ephriam Davidson deeded to the elders 1.5 acres of the land for the church. A plaque on the brick support for the bell has the church being established in 1861. J.E. & Sarrah Foren deeded 2.5 acres to be added to the cemetery land for the sum of $20 in 1910.
There are approximately 450 burials at the cemetery.
