The building at 1 & 3 Loudoun Street SE was constructed circa 1900. The large 2-1/2 story brick building is in a Colonial Revival style. The hipped roof with cross gables is clad with slate shingles and features several gable roofed dormers. The building appears to be in excellent condition and is used by an antique shop.
