Edifício de arquitetura judicial, do século 20 com planta em T, evoluindo em dois pisos na fachada principal e três na posterior, de linhas simples e eminentemente funcionais. O inicio da contrução foi em 1955 pelo arquitecto Luís Benavente.
O edifício do Tribunal de Guimarães está localizado na Praça Mumadona junto as Muralhas medievais da cidade.
