This building is a rare remaining 13th century house used by the Knights Templar. Located in the outskirts of Strood in Kent. It is today looked after and maintained by English Heritage.

On the outside boundary fencing is a boundary stone which has two small mosaics built into it. One on the front shows a Knight riding his horse and holdong aloft his sword. On the top is the red cross of England on a white background. Unlike the building which has limited visiting times. This mosaic can be visited at any time.
