I found no information on Joe Storey.
This is an interesting shaped marker - the granite has a nice curve at the top and a cut scroll. All of the details, such as the family name Storey, the flowers and decorative line work, the centered Woodman Seal, and and the inscriptions, are inlaid light grey granite. The inscriptions read:
