Description of Memorial:
This memorial flag is located in the Town Square in the heart of downtown Williams. This square contains a few small trees, lawn and sidewalks with a large mural on the side of a building as a backdrop that depicts a historical hotel that once existed in this location over 100 years ago. The square is a quiet place to gather one's thoughts and admire the flag and the plaque and to think about those who have served our country in times of peace and in times of war.
