This flush bracket is to be found on the east side of Avenue Road in Belmont, Surrey. The bracket is on the west face of a nursery school.

The whole building looks as though it has recently undergone a re-paint. This includes the flush bracket that looks as though it has been properly prepared and coated with black gloss. It looks in excellent condition.
