A junior college, Spokane Falls offers over 40 Liberal Arts/Transfer pre-majors and over 20 Career/Technical job training programs. The pre-majors range from Accounting to Veterinary Medicine. In the technical education programs, one may earn a Certificate of Completion or Associate of Applied Science degree in over 100 technical and professional specialties.

The campus is comprised of 11 major educational buildings, a library, an administration building, a maintenance building, a football stadium, baseball diamonds, landscaped areas, on campus housing and several parking lots on a 113 acre campus. The college publishes The Communicator, a bi-weekly student newspaper, both in print and online.
