3" brass cap set in concrete abutment wing wall at SW corner of irrigation canal bridge, intersection of NW Greenwood Avenue and NW Canal Boulevard.

Vertical control station set by Century West Engineering Corporation in 1977 during City of Redmond Water Distribution System survey. Elevation 2990.38 feet; U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (1941) Datum.

Copy of survey report provided by Mike Caccavano, City Engineer, City of Redmond.
