In this university town, with its high percentage of student traffic, bicycle tenders are common. This one is made of pipe, and is about five feet high. The pipe is formed into a buffalo who is facing you, with his head down in what appears to be a threatening manner. His body is painted blue and he has yellow horns. Nobody's going to steal bikes from his territory!
