This grey granite slab type marker is located in the Laclede Cemetery. The marker rests on a rough concrete plinth. The family name "ENGLISH" appears at the top within a box that has been angled - low end on the left. A Greek Cross appears above the box in the upper left corner and ivy appears below the box in the lower right corner. A large Woodman Seal is centered on the marker. At the bottom is the inscription that reads:
Alexander English
Mar. 12, 1865, - Jan. 18, 1908
Now is the Accepted Time.
Now is the Day of Salvation.
