Found this one while in the area delivering water to locals who have been without usable tap water for over 5 months with NO gov't help.

"To Reach" description below (obtained after the fact from Keith in the USGS Rollo office) is still good. Disc and setting in great shape!

Alpoca, 2.0 mi NW of Post Office, along state highway 10; 77 ft NW of,and about level with centerline of rd. at junction of T-rd. E; in W end of N abutment of bridge; standard tablet stamped "41 HLZ 1966 1420", painted "BM 1420.3" WL = 1404 ft.
