3" brass cap in top of curb, 102' N of radius point, on W side of NW 8th Street and N of intersection of NW Jackpine Avenue with NW 8th Street.

Vertical control station set by Century West Engineering Corporation in 1977 during City of Redmond Water Distribution System survey. Elevation 2974.49 feet; U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (1941) Datum.

Copy of survey report provided by Mike Caccavano, City Engineer, City of Redmond.
