From the US97 exit in Redmond, continue generally SE on SW Airport Way for about 0.3 mile. Turn right on SW 19th Street and continue S for 0.8 mile. Park and walk S for about 0.6 mile to the Third Standard Parallel. Turn right and walk W about 0.7 miles along a fence line. At an opening in the barbed wire fence, bear left on an unmarked dirt road. Continue on the road, generally SW for about 0.6 miles, then SSW and parallel to the BNSF railroad tracks for about 1.1 miles, and finally S for 0.2 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on pipe

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is about 125' W of the dirt road, 3' S of a mound of stones and 8" E of a fence post. There is a nearby T-junction of N-S continuing and E-W terminating fences, and the corner is 25' W of the junction in the E-W fence line. There is a length of lath from a recent survey and an orange Carsonite post with a SURVEY MARKER decal. Found three western juniper bearing trees each with a face blaze and a PK nail.

Survey history is found in Deschutes County Surveyors Office, Oregon Corner Restoration Record No. 1323. Land SW of the corner is private property, else Bureau of Land Management.
