Tell us about the area the post box is situated.:
Whittlesea is a town in the heart of the Fen country. Each year, on a Saturday in early January, it holds the Straw Bear Festival. A 'Straw Bear' is paraded around the town followed by troupes of Morris Men, Molly Dancers, Clog Dancers, Sword Dancers and others of similar ilk. These disperse throughout the town to dance for the public throughout the day. The Letter B is a popular Real Ale pub which also offers accommodation. it was Peterborough CAMRA's Pub of the Year in 2012.
