A five story building that combines Victorian Gothic and "Panel Brick" architecture. The façade has been altered, however beneath the changes lies the original trim. The building was designed by Stephen Earle, one of Worcester's most prominent architects. It was built by George F Armsby as an investment to house retail businesses at the street level and a boarding house on the upper levels. It was built in 1885.
