This cast iron, free-standing, two-faced clock is located in the circl drive in front of the Hall of Waters. The clock stands on a concrete plinth. There is a brass dedication plaque on the plinth:

The clock face is white with black Roman numerals. There are hour, minute and second hands, and the clock was operational. Within the clock face are the words: Excelsior Springs Est. 1881.
