Located at the entrance to the City of Susanville Airport are three military aircraft static displays including a McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom fighter jet, a Bell Huey UH-1 helicopter and a Bell AH-1F Cobra. This AH-1F Cobra is a U.S. Army helicopter .

The AH-1 Cobra, the first true gunship put into production, rushed into service during the Vietnam War and remained the backbone of the US Army attack helicopter fleet until it was replaced by the AH-64 Apache during the 1980s.

I was able to find this airframe on a few database websites. The best info on this helo is found here.
