Famous bronze statue of a “Bowman” by Ernst Moritz Geyger, located on the banks of the Elbe River in Dresden. The statue is a copy of statue made by German artist Ernst Moritz Geyger around 1900. Very similar copies of the original one are installed in various places in Germany - Hannover, Potsdam (Park Sanssouci) and the most famous here in Dresden. About 2 meters high statue was installed here in 1936.
