There's a little frontier style strip mall in Suncrest on the north side of the Highway. This seed drill is at the west end at the rear of that strip all. Suncrest is a little community at Nine Mile Falls, on the north side of Spokane Lake.

Almost missed the fact that this was made by International Harvester. Eventually I noticed the IHC logo on the rate adjustment handle. I count 20 disc sets, so this would be a 10 foot seeder, probably new enough that it was never horse drawn.
