Kraft paper is the kind of paper that brown paper bags are made from. The word kraft means strong in German. Kraft paper is now made using a less corrosive process than the sulfate process. Kraft is difficult to bleach and is usually made into shopping bags and other paper goods that don't require pure white paper.
This marker is in somewhat sorry shape and could use a face lift.
