Originally the Albany State Bank, this two-story American Renaissance style building was erected about 1908. It features a brick parapet in a checkerboard pattern. The building was designed by noted local architect Charles H. Burggraf, whose other works included Waldo Hall on the Oregon State University campus and the Sherman County Courthouse (Oregon).
