This new trail and trailhead for a new National Conservation Area is on the edge of a new residential subdivision at the south end of Henderson.

This new National Conservation Area was put in place to check the unbridled invasion of residential subdivisions into every nook and cranny surrounding Las Vegas and its suburbs. This trail is part of a much larger array of trails completed or in the planning stages within the City of Henderson.
