On the North lawn of the Enid County Courthouse stands a large sculpture dedicated to the annual Tri-State Music Festival held in Enid each Spring. This is a bronze statue standing high above the viewer's head, depicting a robed choir singer, a horn player and a violinist. The artist was Tasso Pitsiri (1937-1995), a Greek-born classic artist from the Enid area. It was unveiled on May 1, 1976 at the 44th annual festival.
