From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 9.4 miles to the intersection with FR14. Turn right on FR14 and continue 2.6 miles to the junction with FR1419. Bear left on FR1419 and continue about 1.1 mile to the corner and reference monument on the right.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel pipe in a mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found three ponderosa pines with yellow BEARING TREE tags and ATTENTION signs on the reverse sides. One is a living tree, the second is a snag and the third is a blowdown where the center of the stump has been marked with a red plastic capped length of rebar. These trees define the location of the buried true corner. The reference monument bears S42.5°E, 62.4' distant and is 45' E of FR1419. There is a Carsonite post with a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal.


What property is this mark defining?:
The land SE of the corner is National Forest, else private property.
