The former Houston & Texas Central Railroad depot has been renovated to house the local tourism bureau. An old H&TC Railroad (H&TC) Freight Boxcar on blocks at the old H&TC RR depot in downtown Albany now shills for a local festival and serves as storage space for the tourism bureau.
