This no longer functional hand pump is next to California Highway 41 in front of the historic El Adobe de Los Robles Rancho.

It is difficult to determine if this pump was originally installed and operable at this location. The handle is no longer attached to a pump lift rod, thereby pumping no water. While it is adjacent to private property, it can be visited and photographed while remaining on public right-of-way.
