This tower is located next to S. Glenstone Ave. in Springfield. We know its minimum age because Mrs. Team Blakelylaw lived in its shadow when the family first moved to Springfield. Although the color has changed at times over the years (usually silver/grey or white), it has always been solid, never adorned with artwork. The types of antennas on top have, of course, changed over the years. The other thing which has changed is the neighborhood. In the early 60's, S. Glenstone did have businesses, but not nearly the clutter which is seen today. The tower could be seen from much father and lorded over everything.
