REFERENCE MARK 3 IS A NGS REFERENCE MARK DISK STAMPED SUGARLOAF 2 NO 3 1975 EPOXIED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE NORTHWEST PART OF THE SEVENTH CONCRETE STEP LEADING UP FROM THE LOWER AREA NORTHEAST OF THE LOOKOUT AND IS 28.4 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE LOOKOUT AND ABOUT 7 FEET LOWER THAN THE STATION MARK.
