This fountain is located at Wasserstelzenweg in Riehen. It has a round stone trough and a bronze sculpture of a bearded man holding a wine jug and a goblet. The pedestal is decorated with relief.

This fountain is called Giggisttans. I have no idea what it means, not even Google knows the term apart from a reference to this fountain.
