A Friendly Flock Touches Down was created by Lisa Houck in 2012. It is installed on the south side of Frieda Garcia Park. The 10' high by 20' long work is inspired by children's art and depicts a flock of different birds set in a fantasy landscape.

The lower right corner has a bronze plaque with children's drawings of birds and the inscription:

A Friendly Flock Touches Down
by Lisa Houck

with birds created by children from
Ellis Memorial and
United South End Settlement

fabricated by Unicorn Art Studio

Address:
Frieda Garcia Park
Clarendon and Stanhope Streets
