The statue is in front of a community theater. The statue is bent forwards with one hand stretched out and the other hand with an oud. He's wearing pants and a floppy had. His legs are crossed together.
The plaque reads: "The legendary entertainer who bows in appreciation to all who enjoy life;s performances. Victor Issa - Sculpture. Dedicated on November 18, 2001."
