This Benchmark is the abandoned Union Pacific water tank about 6 miles north of Apex, Nevada.

From the junction of Old Highway 91/Las Vegas Blvd North and US Highway 93 (Great Basin Highway) north of Apex, proceed north on Old Highway 91 approximately 5.7 miles to a gravel road on the right. Turn right and proceed approximately 1000 feet to a graded flat area. The tank is on the opposite side of the double set of tracks, about 200 yards distant.
